Maybe the Jays should use some of that payroll to have someone study upcoming starters and look for tips they may have.  It sure seems like other organizations are doing it.

Schneider meets with the advanced scout and game planner before each game to go over the game plan, I would assume that information is discussed - but having the data is one thing, knowing what to do with it is another thing.
