hanton Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Well, he still gets his $3m per annum anyways can't earn a spot without the hof name on the back of his jersey
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Biggio bro that is not a competitive AB. ffs Whatever these hitting coaches are preaching, they broke him. Now he's watching strike 3 in the zone, swinging at it outside the zone, and not hitting for power.
Casual Fan Verified Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 can't earn a spot without the hof name on the back of his jersey corruption is eveywhere
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 the Bipolar Jays continue their on again, off again season.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Is that Kenny Powers on the mound for the Tigers? Lol
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Schneider continues to make things happen.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Holy s***... another Kenny Powers lol
BatFlip Verified Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 It's fking criminal that Biggio was in the starting lineup while Schneider rides the bench.
Masterbather Verified Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 the Bipolar Jays continue their on again, off again season. And the bipolar Jays fans continue to go from "we're back" to "we suck".
Jaysareus Verified Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Tigers were on a 6 game losing streak. Let them have this game
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Box of chocolates. That's the joke...
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 And the bipolar Jays fans continue to go from "we're back" to "we suck". anything less than a 10 game run of playing great on both sides of the ball is not even noteworthy.
max silver Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Manoah had some tough luck tonight. Won't show on the scorecard but some awkward plays in the field extended a few innings. Too bad. Some of the runs were a result of bad luck but at the same time Alek looked an awful lot like the terrible 2023 version of himself.
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Is that Kenny Powers on the mound for the Tigers? Lol I didn’t see him come in but that’s Andrew Chafin! He’s one of the fellas for sure lol
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 And the bipolar Jays fans continue to go from "we're back" to "we suck". Yeah no way to live. They suck until they don’t. Getting 2 games above .500 or something and not going back under, is first hurdle. Until then, these 9-0 wins and s*** is just Max fuel
connorp Old-Timey Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 Starting to wonder about this Varsho guy On a team where he fits, he’d be a beautiful piece. Hopefully they can move him for a nice return. He’s not made for being the building block of a rebuilding team. He’s a “finish piece”
mikepelfrey Verified Member Posted May 25, 2024 Posted May 25, 2024 (edited) Vladdy needs to do a Giancarlo Stanton, Dude took the off-season to resculpt his body and he’s back to being a respectable hitter, not great like he was in his prime, but dangerous nonetheless. Vladdy is in his so called prime, and just doesn’t seem to field or run the bases like they matter at all, or contribute to a winning environment. Vlad Sr needs to sit his son down and explain what it means to be a professional. Dad was “Vlad the Impaler”. His son is “ The stay puff Marshmallow Man”. Edited May 25, 2024 by mikepelfrey

mikepelfrey Verified Member Posted May 26, 2024 Posted May 26, 2024 (edited) im just saying that these are supposedly professionals, they need to be held accountable for their own Physical readiness. Guys like Springer, Guerrero, and Manoah, need to show the same dedication that Bautista, Martin. Donaldson and Tulowitzki demonstrated. If Stanton at the same age as George Springer can resculpt his body to remain an effective complimentary piece at his advanced age, I seriously wonder if Springer, Guerrero, and Manoah are guys we should be building around. at the end of the day its not the coaches or manager who are responsible for a players physical condition, its the players themselves. Bautista, Martin. Donaldson and Tulowitzki werent about excuses. We shouldnt be about them either. look at it this way over their last ten games the White Sox and Tigers are a combined 7-13. We played them and went 3-4. that was the easy part of the schedule and it doesnt bode well....hows this for Alarming, We are closer to the White Sox in the Wild Card Standings than we are to the Royals.
