Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 I think KK got some of that rubber s*** in his eye a couple games ago when he was chasing down a ball in CF. It isn't rubber anymore, it's crushed walnut shells, no jokes.
wilko Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 It isn't rubber anymore, it's crushed walnut shells, no jokes. wtf lol
glory Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 Feels like we’d be better off with an 80-grade runner who can’t hit on the bench than Vogelbach I’m still baffled why they’d pay $2m for a fat DH who they play once a week max and rarely use as a pinch hitter. Should have just had Lukes get this spot while they wait for Votto or more likely Horowitz.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 wtf lol Hahaha... seriously, it's supposed to act the same way as dirt would.

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 At the game section 232 Enjoy dude. Go Jays!
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 At the game section 232 keep your head up, I am texting tercet your location and instructions

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 Surely there's a tangible difference between it and the "grass" turf of the outfield right? The warning track is as visual of an indicator as it is a tactile one to determine when you're about to run into the wall. Would be kind of egregious if it was only a visual difference on a turf field. Just saw it again, it's all the same turf, just the discoloration difference of the turf.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 f***ing hell Bo. Gausman's velo looks promising one batter in at least.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 Good call, I thought he was out in real-time. Great play, Vlad. Wake the f*** up, Bo!
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 Gausman missing with the fastball, and Soto is gonna make you throw a strike.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 f***ing hell Bo. Gausman's velo looks promising one batter in at least. I want to see how he is after the 2nd/3rd inning.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 Gausman is back, painted the fastball beautifully to Judge.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 He's kind of telegraphing the splitter. The hitters are basically sitting fastball and taking anything low.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 Ruh-Roh... way too many pitches.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 Totally undressed Gleyber Torres with two rare sliders and a fastball at 98. So the velo is much better, fastball command looking good, but he's struggling to get chases on the splitter and not commanding it the best.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 First pitch of the game and Stroman is already getting the outside corner beyond the zone. Could be a tough day if he stays out there all game, like he did in the last at Yankee Stadium.
BTS Community Moderator Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 I appreciate Justin Turner using Higher Love as his walk-up song

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 I appreciate Justin Turner using Higher Love as his walk-up song Hah, is that what it is? Neat. My bro is a huge fan of SW.
Laika Community Moderator Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 Yankees got two calls that half inning that didn't touch the zone. Can't wait for more. Meanwhile, ball 4 to Soto got plenty of the zone.
Jays24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2024 Posted April 17, 2024 That should have been Schneiders ball but got the out so whatever
