I am so wrapped up in the Ohtani saga it's almost frightening. I can't help but envision the collective frenzy of ecstasy the fanbase is going to erupt into if he signs with the Jays and the collective meltdown of the American sports media, but at the same time if he signs elsewhere there will be a catastrophic meltdown of the Blue Jays internet sphere and the fanbase will go into mourning.
