KK in CF is money, made that play look so easy, had his sights on 3rd incase McGuire tagged up but then quickly noticed what happened and fired straight to 2nd.

 

Easily my favourite blue jay player. Really want him brought back on a short term deal.

When/if Bo comes back, I think Espy is gone and Schneider takes his place.

He probably would come back on a 2-year-deal worth $24/25M and would be worth every penny as long as he stays healthy and plays 120-130 games per season.

 

Though I know Varsho's value is limited in LF, so next season the Jays may use Varsho in CF and go after a power bat for LF.

Yeah given the Jays have Varsho who they could move to CF, they could go after a power bat for LF instead. Would prefer to see them go after Teo or Joc Pedarson even if it means a couple more million.

I like the idea of Pederson but not sure he could play the OF daily. Although we’ll have money coming off the books with Chapman, Belt, Merrifield, KK, so we should have enough to sign 2 guys.

 

Pederson could probably DH/LF and then maybe Barger or someone takes the rest of the LF starts. Idk. Lots of holes to plug this offseason. Could probably even roster Pederson and Teo

Maybe he hasn't recovered from the Seattle series. Seattle has emerged as the top wild card chaser with great starting pitching and an average offense (that looks worse because of the park) and that probably has Grant a bit upset.

It doesn’t help Reese that the 3rd base coach was waving him home. I don’t think Reese is playing with a full deck anyways. Remember during spring training he got caught rubbing one out in a Dollar Tree parking lot. 😆

I think the third base coach was signaling to the runner on 1st to round second so he could score if the ball went off the wall. I saw a replay from another angle and it didn’t look like Reese ever even looked at the base coach.
