To be fair 2/3 of the season he was barely a league avg bat and bottom 3rd D SS. With that mitt you gotta hit. He deserved some criticism, and praise for how he raked the final third. Even better he has carried it over to 23.

It’s just a dumb stat to put on one player in a game like baseball regardless of the arbitrary innings qualifications for it

Yup you can have a dude go 4.2 innings, then 5 other guys an inning or less each and one of them will get the win for some arbitrary reason
