I don't think we're at the point where Garcia needs to be removed from the roster, but his command is the worst we have seen in a Blue Jays uniform. He needs to see some mop-up duty until he sorts things out.

I’d be willing to bet the majority of times his command has been off is when he comes out to pitch a second inning after sitting on the bench for the hitting half. He seems to be great otherwise
