The guy should know his hot zones, and focus on swinging at pitches in that zone, and watch everything else. If a pitcher paints a corner then tip your hat and walk back to the dugout.

 

I blame him and the coaches, because I guarantee the FO has provided that information to the staff, so he should be aware.

It just is so weird that pitchers dare throw him a slider in the zone ever. Vlad needs to really make them pay for that nonsense. His batspeed is so good that he can see that coming a mile away before turning it on.
