I think you misread what I said. The umpire had a 93% called strike accuracy, and it says in that circle the average called strike accuracy for the league is 88%, which seems lower than I would have expected.

Yeah, i did misread. And you are right, I bet if you asked most fans they would think the called strike accuracy would be above 90 for sure, though it does make sense that the strike calling is lower than the ball calling.

Yeah the Vlad error was a f***up by the umpire. Bo's error was largely inconsequential, so really only the throwing error by Kirk was an actual Blue Jays error that factored into the way the game unfolded.
