I'd look at it as the Jays picking up a better bat than Tapia/JBJ/Merrifield etc... but you don't trade Teo for him, Conforto as a FA would be sweet.

No, depends on who comes back obviously. As a FA in '24 makes no sense to move him in a contend year, unless he is part of a deal that actually adds net value. He could be a solid piece in package. A guy like Pederson routinely sucks vs LHP. He isnt what i had in mind.
