Omar Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Author Posted July 1, 2022 I feel this leans both ways, so I tried to defuse this earlier, whatever bro. Let's all move on. Great game happening, on a great day.
max silver Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Considering that Biggio can field every position except 1 and 2, why is Tapia on this team? Adds another lefty bat is main thing I can come up with. He's produced nicely for the last month or so and has pitched in plenty with the bat over recent days. It's unfortunate he's so bad defensively though as he loses most of his value because of this.
max silver Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Romo sighting Great situation to see what he can do.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 6th at the very least, c'mon Chuckie. I kind of like Biggio batting ninth. He turns the line up over nicely while getting at least a few pitches to do damage with.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 The director this season is irritating. Way too many cute, but useless camera angles.
jaysguy44 Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 I respect the hell out of Romo, strictly because of what he can grow on his face.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 It'd be criminal to not let Max start at least one game to see how he does after the performance in Milwaukee I agree. I believe we see him tomorrow, now that he wasn't used. They could even bring Hatch up as a piggyback option(27th man) depending on how the game goes.

This lineup has no many potent bats I think they'll still score a ton most days no matter how the lineup is arranged.
max silver Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 It looks like Jays era RA Dicky likely had a higher combined average velocity than Romo is featuring right now.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 The director this season is irritating. Way too many cute, but useless camera angles. Whaat is the actual point of those s***** angles? I dont get it
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Just seeing game and box score now. Go Jays! Boys have swung it. Romo time. Terrifying actually. Berrios line not stunning. How was he?
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Just seeing game and box score now. Go Jays! Boys have swung it. Romo time. Terrifying actually. Berrios line not stunning. How was he? Good, bad, unlucky and very lucky
max silver Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Just seeing game and box score now. Go Jays! Boys have swung it. Romo time. Terrifying actually. Berrios line not stunning. How was he? Berrios was pretty good, he was very unlucky with a ton of lucky seeing eye style hits and bloopers against. Not a ton of whiffs but he snapped off lots of good slider/curveballs and his 2 seamer was moving a lot as well.
Jimcanuck Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 exactly how romo should be used thornton moves to higher leverage work also - kids are better off with two daddies or mommies that love them, then a daddy and mommy that hate each other
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Please God don't ever allow Chuckles to use Romo even in a semi leverage type situation against better hitting teams.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Two punchouts in the inning. Romo overpowered the Rays.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Look at our boy Kirk on the front page of MLB.com. Stud!

If so, what you just stated is statistically incorrect actually.
BlueJays Verified Member Posted July 1, 2022 Posted July 1, 2022 Two punchouts in the inning. Romo overpowered the Rays. 84 mph overpowered fastball!
