Nice to see Springer in the lineup, hopefully he can actually finish the game though as we've seen him attempt to grind his way through injury plenty of times.

I suppose in theory I like it even better with Jansen catching, Kirk DH and Tapia on the bench but Kirk was going to catch today so this works...

Kirk and Manoah work well together. Jansen DH? Idk… he can come into the game later as a PH when Manoah is out. He’ll get enough playtime

Yeah, Jansen can punch hit for Tapia or Chapman later in the game. We still have Capra and Zimmer on the bench.

Can't decide whether to play Springer or Teoscar today in H2H. Springer scores at a better rate but he's also never had a comfortable looking at-bat when playing through injury. There's also the chance he feels uncomfortable in his first PA and leaves the game. Teoscar hit a bomb yesterday so maybe he's got a hot streak coming. Feel like no matter who I pick I'm going to make the wrong decision lol.

That was my first thought, but Kirk was catching today so it was either DH Jansen or Springer, so Springer makes sense. It feels awfully good to have Jansen to pinch hit for Tapia late in the game.
