Bo is in the bottom 10% of the league in swings percentage off the plate. It's remarkable he puts up the numbers he does with the plate discipline he has.

Yeah, the teams offering him long term deals last off season were likely trying to get him at a bargain. Now he gets 1/18 + probably well over $100m this winter. Smart move on his part. Could have easily taken the money but he knew his value and waited. Perfect example of betting on yourself.
