JFD Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Why is Jansen pinch running and not Dyson? Must be a 4d chess play
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Why is Jansen pinch running and not Dyson? I would imagine he plans to use Dyson defensively for Gurriel. And Gurriel is very likely to get another at-bat today
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Put this game away please. Maybe we can get away with not using Romano at all.
InvincibleTiger Verified Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Knockout punch pls
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Or he could have used Romano for the 8th. Who cares who finishes the game. Your best reliever needs to face the best hitters in the lineup. Doesn’t matter if its in the 8th or the 9th. Given that he hasn't used anyone for the 8th yet...yeah it likely wont be Romano, my bet would be Cimber or Merryweather. Mayza isn't bad against RHB, but he is worse than he is against lefties, so I don't think having him face their best hitters who are all RH power guys would be the right call. I'm fine with him using Mayza in the 7th.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Time to retake the RBI lead Vladdy.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Apparently he’s not with the team. So we don’t have to live this reality. Ah i see. Glad

John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 NOt hard to see the Twins scouting report on Vlad.... throw nothing but changeups. maybe 1 fastball here or there.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Ok., But just because he didn't do it that way doesn't make it wrong. No but in a perfect world you get more from Richards. Could all be moot if the Jays put them away here.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Oh the sweet sweet sound of insurance runs...
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Great piece of hitting from Bo. Two important insurance runs right there.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 3-run bomb and Romano doesn’t even have to touch a Baseball today.
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 3-run bomb and Romano doesn’t even have to touch a Baseball today. That's when Chuck will get him up.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Damn, Teo had 3 juicy ones and missed them all.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 That's when Chuck will get him up. That’s when Mark Shapiro should make sure he’s locked out of the clubhouse.
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Author Posted September 18, 2021 Weird few plate appearances. They've swung through a lot of meatballs. Seems they're right on it but just off on timing.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 back to back pathetic ab's..
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Alright, who's whispering instructions in Charlie's ear?
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Alright, who's whispering instructions in Charlie's ear? I assume when Charlie does anything semi intelligent it’s from the influence of John Schneider
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 That was the exact same pitch he called a ball before lmao.
