They didn't piss it away. Martinez hit it 340 feet....bad luck he found corner. Renfroe made a nice swing. 98 at the top of the zone isn't an easy pitch to hit out.

Sox got players who execute when it counts. Jays got potential but there’s just too much inconsistency at this point. Mgmt should not mortgage the future to chase a playoff spot this year cause we’re not close.
