Is there a reason McGuire isn't starting tonight? He has to be the better match up offensively versus Kluber and i like McGuire's defense a little more than Jansen's.

Jansen has sucked ass at the plate but he's really not any worse of a hitter than McGuire, in fact he projects way better and any platoon advantage that one might have over the other is negligible anyway since Jansen is probably a better hitter regardless. McGuire's defense is not better than Jansen's, it's equal at best and Jansen knows the pitching staff a lot more since he's the everyday catcher.
