I'd say, our pitching has been the catalyst through out. Bats get going and we can go on a run.

There's obviously going to be some regression to the mean, but if he continues at this K rate since last season(which was good) 350 PA... he's going to provide great value. wRC+ around 115-120ish would be great, he just hasn't chased anymore.

Thats the big thing that has helped him is he is not chasing as much which has always been his downfall. He is good with balls in the zone, he just has to get them into the zone and thats what he has been doing. Same can be said with any ball player though lol
