He seriously lost all his power. I don't understand what the hell happened. His approach isn't even awful, he draws walks when they're given to him. He just can't make good contact at all.

 

He kind of looks like Foltyniewivcz now.

Yup I was about to post he has plenty of arm strength just had the yipps. Where he mentally couldn’t make the throws. Still think hes an Outfielder but arm strength is not his issue.

 

It wasn’t really yipps, he started the season dealing with a sore shoulder and made a couple bad throws in 2020 before he moved to CF. Martin was 2019 SEC First Team All Defense as a third baseman.

Could it be as simple as Jansen needing a new prescription for his glasses?

 

No he see’s the ball fine. He just seems like he doesn’t have enough strength to swing his bat with any kind of velocity lol.

That's more on Biggio just not being a plus defender anywhere. You can call it versatility but it can also be mediocrity at most positions. Maybe he can become one at 2B.

Can anyone tell me what happened to Biggio?

 

Hurt his right hand trying to catch a soft liner at Third. He went at it with both his glove and hand. Ball won.
