Fake video! It's not a 120MPH grounder to 3B/SS.

There he looks much better!

Lets hope he can keep it up during the season

Beards require moustaches. They do not work without them.

I expect a retraction and apology to the beautiful Amish men.

Fine, beards require moustaches OR stovepipe hats.

Wow, massive improvement now.

It will be very interesting to see how this new body affects everything. It's clear he has mostly been on a weight loss program, so it's possible he has lost some strength along with the fat.

Sprint speed up? Launch angle up? Top end power down?

The 3B position is awkward now. They might give thin Vlad one last chance at it with his new body. But they need quality insurance at the position if they do.

Looks great. A lot of definition is genetic. I know guys that pound the gym working upper body for instance but they still have some man boob.. so if Vlad took his shirt off you’d still prob see that and there’d be snickers he was still a soft fatty but looks like he’s putting in the work. Abs are another thing that’s genetic and it looks like he flattened out to stomach at least

yeah he still looks thick and soft, but it's night and day compared to what he looked like last season. GJ Vladdy!

Well...I don't think going from where he was to a chiseled body in a few months is a realistic goal. He's dropped a fair bit of excess weight. That's an excellent start. Converting to muscle is a longer term goal I'd think.

I'm curious what his actual weight is today.
