Stripling has been s*** so far. But his track record suggests he will be good before long. Not that worried about it. They need to start him every 5 days though. Him coming out of the pen instead of starting the next game is very annoying.

 

Yeah, kinda have to view 2020 as a wash for Stripling. He needs to turn it around next season.

Grichuk is what he is. A very streaky Power Hitter and decent OF Defense. Is that worth $9.3 million for the next 3 years probably? But he can’t ’t hit this high in the lineup. This lineup sucks tonight tho. Not much you can do. But low on base and tons of swing and miss can’t hit higher than 5th.

 

I have no idea why Gurriel isn’t playing tonight. Giving your hottest hitter 2 full days off seems really f***ing dumb unless hes hurt.
