Nice move for Naylor, now he’ll play only 4 hours away from his hometown. Hope he finds success with the tribe.

This seems light. Not one elite prospect going back to Cleveland despite them getting a surplus of solid prospects and former prospects who lost their shine. If I'm San Diego I'm pretty happy this is what it took.

I guess the Indians don't really need him in the playoffs where your top 2-3 pitchers are enough? And it's about the return, Indians need some bats.

I think it's a great return for the Indians. Naylor, Hedges, and Quantrill can contribute in areas of need right away and they also got 3 high quality prospects.

 

I'd be willing to bet that they absolutely love Quantrill and placed a high value on him. He could be the next breakout starter on the Indians.

Yeah Clevinger must have lost most of his value at this point. Not to mention he was also a major injury risk even prior to his falling out with the FO
