very small sample but trending the right direction and closer to his minor league profile.

GB% still kinda high but he's hitting more into the air. We know the raw power is there.

You don't need to pull the ball in order to drive it. JD Martinez is a prime example of this. That's not to say that Vlad has been demolishing the baseball, but he has gotten a few solid hits to the opposite field.
