Toussaint is 24 years old, a top prospect and has all of 77 career innings in the MLB. His MLB K rate is 10.24 K/9. This isn't some random junk baller, it's a guy with great stuff who usually has trouble locating it and is in fact not having trouble locating it, thus succeeding
