Take today for example, he benches the righty Teoscar Hernandez who has been struggling with a wRC+ of 166, moves Biggio to RF and then inserts the left handed Joe Panik into the lineup. Genius.

I will say, Siddal was kind of going into him yesterday about Alford starting once again and having Tellez waste away on the bench. Obviously thats not direct press asking hard hitting questions, but it is something.
