The virus also does not appear to be spreading on the field. The Phillies played the Marlins and zero Philly players have contracted COVID, which seems to oppose the prevailing narrative.

 

Oh well. I guess people are intent on overreacting, so the season will probably be cancelled.

Other than the Marlins, this doesn't appear to be that big of an issue. A couple of positives here and there were inevitable. Hopefully they can continue the season somewhat peacefully from here on out.

Oh right death is the only concern for coronavirus infections. Good thing this virus doesn't have the potential to cause life long cardiovascular symptoms in those who survive their infections. Or PTSD in those who end up on ventilators. Oh wait, it can cause those. Never mind.
