Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Big homerun. Hopefully that breaks Biggio out of a long slump
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 Sheeeeit... we're going to get killed today.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Thornton throws like 80 pitches in 2 innings and then goes on the IL. Borucki comes off the DL and is allowed to throw 40 pitches in an inning. Montoyo trying to squeeze innings out of s***** SPs but it’s going to backfire.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 I just realized that Kittredge struck out the side in each of his innings pitched.

I wouldn't call Borucki and Thornton s***, but I get your sentiment.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Ugly...everything getting hit today against us
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 He has Warning Track Power, bro. lol gruber
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Cant hit an inside fastball...gurriel swinging at fastballs that may hit him...same issues again today lol
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 Beeks and Yarbrough have been excellent for me in Roto, while keeping the innings limit down.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 That last ground out by Vlad was 111 mph...so good to see him hitting the ball hard routinely again
Ex Player Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Just got home and saw the score. Good thing our dominance over Tampa continues
Ex Player Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 LOL @ Vladdie trying to block the runner's view
goldbug103 Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 The entire team suxxx, what if none of the position players take steps forward? It won’t only be pitching that is lacking.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Double down the line by Vlad was 106 mph
Ex Player Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Double down the line by Vlad was 106 mph They were saying on the radio Vlad has hit 5 balls with EV of 115pmh this year, which leads the majors (I thought they said 115mph, I could have heard it wrong though)

Ex Player Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Launch angle is more important How so??

Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 How so?? Because who cares if you're hitting lasers on the ground.
jaysguy44 Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 The entire team suxxx, what if none of the position players take steps forward? It won’t only be pitching that is lacking. Lol okay bud
Ex Player Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Jays are still pulling pretty good attendance given the fact we suck s***
Ex Player Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Because who cares if you're hitting lasers on the ground Sure, but over a season I would think grounders, line drives and homeruns would even out, would they not?? He's only been up for a couple of months now, sample size is too small
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 Jays brought the sticks today, too bad we sucked ass pitching wise.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Author Posted July 27, 2019 Because who cares if you're hitting lasers on the ground. You worried?
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Sure, but over a season I would think grounders, line drives and homeruns would even out, would they not?? He's only been up for a couple of months now, sample size is too small They would even out if the difference was due to random events. You can easily see that's not the case. If he increases his rate of balls in the air, it's because he's made an adjustment at the plate.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 102.5 mph ground out...after crushing a ball foul for Vlad
