Corporal Valdal Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Please have a better approach at the plate and at least make the game watchable
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Hitters don't have a f***ing clue... I don't mind doing errands for my wife and missing 2/3rds of the game right now..lol. Maybe I'll bring the Jays luck to spark a rally now!
Corporal Valdal Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 So I think its safe to say I should make the GDT every day hahahah
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Odds the Jays finish the year with a team negative WAR?
Corporal Valdal Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 JD Bunkis @JDBunkis · 1m Trying to be patient, it’s a long season and we all knew this was on the table, but it’s hard not to be reminded of the Jays trying to extend the window last year and botching the pieces they had to sell… JD Bunkis @JDBunkis · 54s Donaldson, Happ and Stroman all would’ve brought back major returns that could've injected excitement into this season and instead the Jays are left with little to sell asset or excitement wise.
Corporal Valdal Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Odds the Jays finish the year with a team negative WAR? We may break the MLB record for strikeouts by July! So I wouldn't put it past them
Barkerfan23 Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 It's okay to suck But Brito leading off Hanson getting full time reps Come on
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Lol McKinney is terrible, that was awful route.
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 We may break the MLB record for strikeouts by July! So I wouldn't put it past them Jay's arent even close to last, I think the Indians are actually last with 31% k rate as a team
Corporal Valdal Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Lol McKinney is terrible, that was awful route. They have been playing Alford at LF I think they plan to transition him onto the MLB roster at some poing in May

Who the f*** is JD Bunkis?
jb22 Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Tabler just said if you put a ball in play you have a 66% chance of something good happening lol.
jb22 Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 His reasoning is itll be either a hit an out or an error. 1/3 bad 2/3 good. #logic
Pinkfloid Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Love hearing Buck call out the team for their poor approach at the plate
KevinGregg Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Tabler just said if you put a ball in play you have a 66% chance of something good happening lol. Nope, its actually a 50% chance. either something good happens or it doesnt #logic
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Who the f*** is JD Bunkis? Co-host of good show on 590 fan.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Tabler has at least 50% chance of being gay as well.
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Is it time for paper bags over our heads?
jb22 Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Nope, its actually a 50% chance. either something good happens or it doesnt #logic How is this man getting paid to do this?
KevinGregg Verified Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Sportsnet played the "4th strikeout" graphic after randals fly out. They aren't used to non-strikeouts today
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Jay's arent even close to last, I think the Indians are actually last with 31% k rate as a team we're now at 30.8%K rate....so I think that qualifies as close. Early strikeouts are often blamed on cold weather and we played our first 7 in a dome, so I like our chances for leading the league in strike outs.

Happ was traded, and Stroman woudln't have gotten much of a return last year 'cause he was having a s***** year. What the f***?
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Looking forward to a late inning comeback that comes up short.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 Happ was traded, and Stroman woudln't have gotten much of a return last year 'cause he was having a s***** year. What the f***? JD and Happ were both dealt too late.
bones10 Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2019 Author Posted April 7, 2019 Good to see montoya is having fun laughing in the dugout
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 This team is gonna be lucky to draw 10,000 a game until Vladdy gets called up. Management refused to spend anything to make the team more competitive this year so you cannot really blame the fans for not spending money to watch this.
BlueRocky Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 I am trying, genuinely trying, to stay positive and I understand completely what Shapiro and Atkins are trying to do, but you have to give the fans some reason to watch the team. At the moment they are practically fielding a AAA lineup and an underperforming one at that. The Bisons are more fun to watch
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 7, 2019 Posted April 7, 2019 man Biggio is on fire another home run and 2 more walks to bring that total up to 5.....the early leader to push for promotion from Buffalo.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
