DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Chasing balls way out of the zone. Ugly
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Did that not clearly hit the dirt?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Is anyone here old enough to remember the first Jays season? I remember the talk and the hype behind MLB baseball coming to Toronto, but only bits and pieces of the actual season, as i was turning 10 that summer. I do remember Roy Howell's 9 RBI's at Yankee Stadium that year, in September i believe. I started remembering vividly from 1980 onward. 1981- 1993 was the best stretch of baseball anyone could ever experience.

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 That was in the parking lot in Fenway.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Damn this game sucks. At least it’s going by quickly.
Superdood Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Out here making Jordan Zimmermann look like a good pitcher, no hitter through 6.... just gross lol
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Out here making Jordan Zimmermann look like a good pitcher, no hitter through 6.... just gross lol Perfect game through 6...on 55 pitches
KevinGregg Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 The new music and graphics sportsnet has this year are solid. That guitar is smooth
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Out here making Jordan Zimmermann look like a good pitcher, no hitter through 6.... just gross lol Look at the lineup... Most guys can't keep a . 300 Obp.. Offense will struggle a lot. Growing pains.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Say what you will, but Stroman has some nasty bite on those breaking pitches.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Why are we warming up our worst relievers lol
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Why are we warming up our worst relievers lol As much as I'm pro keeping him, they aren't warming up Elvis.
KevinGregg Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Say what you will, but Stroman has some nasty bite on those breaking pitches. Hes got great action on all his pitches I agree. but the command has been inconsistent. Hes been much better since the 5th
DigitalRock Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Why are we warming up our worst relievers lolMontoyo giving Gibby a nod.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Imo, Alford should have been the 25th man. Roll some athleticism through the DH spot whilr McKinney can spot start at first base. Tellez imo isn't a MLB player, yet.
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Credit to Stroman.. 7 innings shutout ball. Our staff QS *leader (Until Aceucki overtakes him later in the year)
KevinGregg Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Figure that's it for stroman. 94 pitches is a lot for the first game. Will be interesting to see what our new manager does here
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Trade Stroman right now, mid game, while his value is high.
Carlos Danger Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Trade Stroman right now, mid game, while his value is high. Seriously, I am not joking!
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Solid outing. Too many walks, but early season rust/adrenaline. Good movement on the pitches, needs some better command going forward.
Spanky__99 Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Solid outing. Too many walks, but early season rust/adrenaline. Good movement on the pitches, needs some better command going forward. Very nice, aside from the BB's.
