Random thought but you look at the size of baseball players today and they are normal. How was it not obvious to everyone that McGwire was on steroids?

I honestly think he looks fine. Left that last single to Torres up but his offspeed stuff has had good movement.

He's got 2 years of control left, anyone expecting him to be gone at this trade deadline (barring a seriously great return) is gonna have a bad time.

I don't expect anything to happen because this team consistently hangs on to players long enough for their value to completely dry up. Not saying Stroman has much value at the moment but if he starts the season remotely well I hope they move him.

 

He just doesn't seem like the best guy to keep around for the new group of young guys.

It probably means a lot for him to show that he's still got it after not playing at all for a year and a half. He likely would have reacted exactly the same way if he was still with the Jays
