BTS Community Moderator Posted April 4, 2019 Posted April 4, 2019 BTS, I trust you're keeping close tabs on the Detroit pitcher today. He seems to have given up 3 runs in 5 innings against the Royals.

Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted April 4, 2019 Posted April 4, 2019 Early sample, but batting averages are down further, and strikeouts are up even more. Batting averages down to .233 There's no doubt that almost every team is using the high fastball to counter the lofted swing approach. Time for the batters to make the adjustment and remind pitchers why they 'used' to try and pepper the bottom half of the strike zone.

You can use either cash or credit or a reloadable card that you buy from the city. None of the commissionaires lost their jobs when they were installed. Plus, you can fill them from anywhere in the city, so you dont have to run back to your particular machine. Much more efficient.

Yesterday was Baltimore's home opener, teams without a roof tend to have the next day without a game in case of postponement due to weather on the scheduled opening day.
