100%. Anyone who laughs at having veterans around citing vetrin presents as their reasoning really doesn’t understand the dynamic of building a team.

 

Good on Giles for taking the lead and who the f*** is David Paulino to think he can take the option on PFPs? I guarantee guys like Scherzer and Kershaw don’t take the option on fundamental drills like this. Why? Because they understand leading by example and the importance of doing the little things properly and with intent.
