Probably, but the same can be said of every signing. I figure if he's a 16 year old and they see enough there, can get him into their professional development ranks ASAP, maybe there's a chance.

I think everyone is in agreement with that except Vlad and the deal they made with him.. I think they are trying to balance promises made, not pissing off your generational superstar day 1 in MLB and the reality.
