Gotcha. Wonder if that means Travis will be back soon.

Doubt it. Especially considering Smoak is expected back by Saturday or so.. they'll probably call up Tellez or Ngeope.

Well DSJ can be sent down when Smoak is back. Mayza is on the team as well. If Travis stays down they lied to us, it's not because of a logjam (which is now cleared) it's because they think he needs to be in the minors for whatever reason.

I've been thinking that since grichuk went on the dl and they didn't bring Travis back

f***stick, yet again we crush the ball into an out, and they've been shitballing for hits all day.

Pillar is running the bases extremely well this year. Our most dangerous baserunner lol.

Seems like he's been our best baserunner forever, or at least since Jose Reyes was on the team.

I think if he actually got on base he could steal 20-25 bases rather easily.

Morales pulls the ball on the ground... Motherf***er needs to make some kind of adjustment dammit.

His groundball rate this year has been horrifying. Especially for a pull hitter.

I was initially reticent to use the rally monkey today (he only has so much mojo in him and is usually reserved for AL East opponents) but after that frustrating 7 run inning I had no choice..

Ugh that's such a stupid out on the bases, McAllister was on the ropes and a single would have scored you anyway.

I'm generally okay with that result and agressiveness. Got the run, and forced a perfect throw to get him at third.

Absolutely not.

Diaz would be on 2nd with 2 out. Generally if your name isn't Kendrys or Justin you're going to score on a hit to the outfield. Add in the fact that McAllister had no control, it's a terrible decision to make.

He was running on the pitch, and Rajai isn't exactly known for his arm... It's not like it wasn't close or anything.

I'm really liking the balance on this team. It will only get better with Jr and Bo on the way.
