Hey man that's not fair, if the Nats didn't herald him as one of the top teenage prospects possibly ever he would still be doing this in A+, can't expect scouts to change evaluations when presented with objective information, that would simply be chaos.

 

Consider yourself fortunate that they ranked him over the likes of Franklin Barreto and Christian Pache, they're already putting their ass on the line with such an aggressive ranking.

I'm not sure why I go to Fangraphs anymore. If BaseballSavant produced even one article a week it would probably be ahead of Fangraphs in terms of utility.

 

Top article on Fangraphs right now is the important of Pride Month in the MLB.

 

These articles are here to stay. Anyone who suggests they are out of place gets attacked or downvoted anywhere other than this forum.

 

Dave's replies here are out of control for hoping the pride article is the last of it's kind.

 

And there is an increasingly vocal community of people who believe Sheryl Ring is a fantastic addition to fangraphs.

Though, I have to say Ring is one of the few writers on the current staff that has written some good articles. She's just also written some very, very bad ones.

Nationals acquired RHP Kelvin Herrera from the Royals for 3B Kelvin Gutierrez, OF Blake Perkins and RHP Yohanse Morel.

 

He's a rental. He didn't fetch anything of interest unless Morel, who's 17 is a high touted international signing.

What's my chances of living with a 300 lb slug female, getting me a 6' 230 lb fatty out a storm window... none. What's my chance of a 6' 4' 220 lb man, helping me through that same storm window, a lot f***ing higher. Science/physics, who knew.

So... sounds to me like you're switching teams in order to be safer at home in case of a fire.

 

Pretty sound logic actually. I know my 5'6" 120 pound wife has zero chance of helping me in an emergency. Maybe this heterosexuality isn't all is cracked up to be

lol... Firefighter, not in the woods and not with you're 300+ monster ass. I think I'd need a chisel... through the fire it is, lol.

 

Edit: If no one knows, Big John is really big, no disrespect. 6' 8" I think and crushes 300 lbs, he's a boss!!! lol... his wife looks like a peanut beside him... his kids come up to his knee, or were they his family.

FFS Arano blew it! Pivetta gots no luck in da winz dept.

 

In Arano's defense, he struck out the side. Knapp should've been able to get in front of that dirty slider to block it and end the game.
