I mean, 5 guys is better than McDonald's but I kinda want more bang for my Buck.

I always thought of that of 5 guys. The one in Brandon here shut down, but i was a more expensive burger joint and i was never blown away... Liked the fries though.

Holy Chuck's is probably the best burger joint in Toronto I've been to, along with Wahlburger.

Best I've ever had was In & Out though.

We did the In & Out in Vegas and honestly, it was just OK. Probably didn't help that someone barfed on the floor half way through their meal then just got up and left the restaurant. But hey, it's Vegas.

I've always heard that Golden Star is a great burger place in Thornhill, but I haven't tried it just yet. Anyone been?

Never heard of it until now, but damn those burgers look good. I'll take a look sometime soon.

For mainstream/franchise burrito place, I prefer Fat Bastard or Burrito Boyz.

Ya, there is a Burrito Boyz just down the street from my office. They see me once a week. It's da s***.

I don't believe any team wants Bautista... he's just talking to save face. However, I'd like to be proven wrong and see him play one more time (just not on our team).

Let’s bring this back on track. MadBum our 6-8weeks with broken pinky. He prefers Qdoba

MadBum all of a sudden is injury prone lol. Damn.

I went to johnny's burgers because everyone raves about it.

Got the steak on a bun. Looked and tasted like shaved roast beef. 16$ with fries and a drink

Would not recommend.

Why would you order anything other than their Burger, lol.

Nats considering Harper at the leadoff spot and the Yanks are trying out Judge/Stanton 1 + 2 in their order vs. LHP.

We'll see if this materializes in the regular season, but could we finally be seeing a breakthrough from traditional lineups? Managers actually using facts to make informed decisions?

bump. Burgers a great, but this excellent topic got buried.

I'm not sure the NL doing that would be as benefical as it would be in the AL due to the P spot coming up right before the leadoff spot and that P spot kills many innings and could allow them to pitch around Harper in the important situations.

With 1 out, you pitch to the P spot get to 2 outs and walk Harper. With 0 out, you pitch to the P spot, get the out, and walk Harper to set up DP. With 2 out, you just get the P spot out and Harper starts the next inning with nobody on base.

I guess that assumes it's the P hitting, which in late game scenarios it would likely be a pinch hitter instead. ...

That sounds like a terrible strategy for the team playing the Nats so maybe they should do it.

Yeah, I get the whole best hitter should hit the most theory. It's very logical in its conception. I'm just not sure how much extra value would result from your best hitter hitting more often with nobody on base, or potentially getting walked and not even getting a chance to affect anything

To be fair, it's not like Harper is being followed by a bunch of Yuniesky Betancourts. If the team wanted to pitch around him that bad, I'd be surprised if it didn't hurt way more than it helped.

Around Baseball there are all kinds of great cities...with great burger places...serving great burgers.

I don't see the problem here.
