Omar Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Guaranteed McGregor gets destroyed. Fight will be over within 90 seconds. Hopefully Floyd doesnt take it lightly....but yeah he should dismantle him.
Gary Verified Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Hopefully Floyd doesnt take it lightly....but yeah he should dismantle him. I heard both Floyd and McGregor are getting paid $100 million each. And the ppv will cost $100 to order.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Just.............no...no...no All respect to McGregor as a fighter, bit there's 0 chance he even approaches Mayweather skill as a boxer, no matter how good he thinks he is with his fists. Mayweather is probably one of the best technical boxers on the history if the sport, and some of best boxers in the world couldn't touch him. MacGregor has never even trained boxing full time sonce he is an MMA fighter, nor had any pro boxing fights, nor any amateur boxing fights that I am aware of. It's a spectacle for sure, but the outcome is very obvious. MacGregor is just doing this for the payday. And who can blame him? 75 million is his rumoured pay, Mayweather 100 million. He won't suffer any damage to his MMA reputation since the fight is boxing only. Aside from the fact that he will lose, it's a slam dunk win for MacGregor.

What are the chances MacGregor is getting owned/hurt, loses his s***, says F this and round houses Mayweather, then breaks his arm in the arm bar? That would be worth watching.
glory Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 MacGregor could lose in 90 seconds and still leave the ring a winner. Dude is going to get paid for something everyone knows he can't win. He could retire based on a few minutes of work.
BTS Community Moderator Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Who even wants to see this? It's going to go to a decision, with Mayweather winning easily. He'll land a bunch of weak jabs and McGregor won't land anything.

And thats with someone who was actually trained to box
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 It's more about the spectacle than the fight itself. We can say the fight will be boring and/or anticlimactic yet probably will see the highest ratings ever for a PPV just because it's a historical moment.
Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Dunno if you guys saw on TV but the Rays were trying to kill all the fans yesterday. An old lady in the third base field level got smoked in the head by a liner and then the ball deflected nearly all the way to the outfield corner. Then another foul ball went straight back over the screen and a guy ducked literally just in time or he'd have gotten one in the head too. Also, if anyone else was there, f***ing Basil is the worst.
burlingtonbandit Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 How much money do you lay on Floyd if the line goes down to -600/-700?
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 Also, if anyone else was there, f***ing Basil is the worst. Isn't that home plate lady? Or is her name Cybill? I know it's one of those.

Some *******, for no reason, decides to pay for one of those banners flown by a small airplane to read "Lorraine I <3 U Basil" to make all the other guys look bad. My girlfriend said "how come you never do that for me?!" The plane did 4 laps of the stadium! My section was pretty funny, they were cracking jokes about Basil all game.
wk680 Verified Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 O's are now dead last in the division. f*** yes suck it O's Unfortunately the O's came back from being down 5-1 early to win and remain a half game up on the Jays. But things are really bunching up with the Jays and Rays now tied in the loss column. More importantly, the Jays enter the day only 2 back of the 2nd wild card (Indians) in the loss column.

Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2017 Posted June 15, 2017 113 AR? Haha I was there I was in 114, row 4. Right in front of the guy who was calling everyone Brian, and also who chirped Logan Morrison for being racist.
