He's been fantastic in two AAA starts. It might depend on how long Happ and Sanchez are out though, as to whether piecing a start or two together is more valuable than maintaining the depth at AAA for something more significant.

If his velocity is around 90, he can be an effective 5th starter in the majors. I haven't tuned into either start, so I don't know where he's at.

He could still make it as a utility guy, if he keeps hitting he'll earn a look. Also you would be wrong on that, this is his sixth season in the Jays org.
