WTF is DK making me agree to a credit check for?

 

I've had that a few times...I just backed out and tried again until it worked correctly...since then I went to the Draft Kings mobile app and haven't seen it come up since

I can't wrap my head around a credit check. Are we talking about the thing banks do to check your credit worthiness when you apply for a financial product or signing up for DK with a credit card.

Also i'm killing it right now. In the free world series experience game on DK that has a million people in it i'm sitting 95th and in the money.

That's annoying. This one little incident pissed me off enough to make me think about quitting. I can't imagine if they had refused my payment more than once.
