Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Yeah him coming back and proving fitness is vital for the Orioles if they sell at the deadline (which they should, as unlike us they don't have as many exciting prospects). I'm not trying to be pedantic, but rather to drive home a "lol@the Orioles" as I don't think they have even one exciting prospect. Lol!

Boxcar Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Chance Sisco. But he took a step back this year. I used to own a share or two, but let me tells ya: 1: catching prospect (yuck) 2: fell off this year 3: never was really "exciting" to begin with in the way that Vlad, Bo and Jesse Winker are exciting. 4: please never again correct a lolorioles post, thx

Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Hunter Harvey was going to be a stud at one point. That died pretty quick. He's just finally back to pitching now so we'll see what happens there. Either way it's a pretty barren system for sure, Mountcastle and Hays are two interesting middle of the diamond guys but they sure don't have anything like Vlad or Bo to get excited about
jb22 Verified Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Our system isn't suddenly amazing due to 3 amazing months from 2 teenagers...
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Our system isn't suddenly amazing due to 3 amazing months from 2 teenagers... It doesn't need to be amazing to still be a heck of a lot better than Baltimore's. We're talking about top 10 vs one of the league's worst.

I couldn't help but lol. The dream is dying.
Captain Adama Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Either way Sisco is really their only top 100 prospect Orilololololes
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 Have the Marlins now re traded everyone we sent them in the bug trade??

Ray Verified Member Posted June 26, 2017 Posted June 26, 2017 (edited) Curtis Granderson since the end of April when he was hitting .128 has hit .297 with 9 homers. Advocated to buy low on him but he might not be worth it now. Lefty, would've played well in a corner OF spot, and despite his age was a guy on the last year on his contract with no long term commitment. Would've been a perfect fit. Edited June 26, 2017 by Ray

And the Mets keep playing him to get that price tag up.

Even though he's old as s*** he can be a backup CF too. Nice LH bat that wouldn't look bad in the leadoff spot.
