Even if you go off of ERA though..he was dominant 3 years in a row and pitched in some very high leverage situations in during the first post season run in 2015

 

His ERA wasnt even above 4 in 2016 despite giving up a very unsual amount of homers..yet people speak about him like he's Frank Francisco

So does Maico a) learn things, continue to make awful posts for the next few years, or c) have a long and fruitful posting career on the Jays Reddit and facebook pages and sportsnet comment sections?

 

It's a shame the Jays reddit page is as popular as it is now. Two years ago you had some really good posters and good discussion. Now you have that life long NHL fan with no grasp of any sport (including hockey) who just rants and rambles about Rogers being cheap and that it doesn't matter about long term contract commitments because there's a soft salary cap.

I agree. Last year, all they talked about how cheap they were to sign Happ instead of price and pick up a no body reliever call biagini.

History has shown those were good moves.

So lets wait and see the full picture.
