Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Well, live by the long ball and die by long ball. Hopefully next year we can learn to score runs without bombs, this series is over You realize that Cleveland has won on the long ball?
Terminator Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Martin was completely overmatched there. He looked like a high school batter facing for the first time that one pitcher in the league who has 90 mph+ heat.
Maahfaace Verified Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Jays 1 through 5 bats a combined 2 for 16.......
Inklink Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Holy s*** Miller makes Martin look dumb af. Everyone has.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Miller just f***ing having himself a monstrous series. He is eating the Jays alive.
bronson44 Verified Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 bright side is tickets should be cheap tomorrow if you want to take in a playoff game
admin Site Manager Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 That might actually be the filthiest sequence of pitches I've seen all season. Struck out 11 of 13 Jays, that's unreal.
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 That might actually be the filthiest sequence of pitches I've seen all season. He's a f***ing god.
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 When did Benedict Cumberbatch become an action hero? When he became Sherlock
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 That might actually be the most predictable sequence of pitches I've seen all season. Fixed it for you
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 I'm still f***ing pissed about the huge missed calls by the umps. The one on Saunders that made that count 2-1 instead of 3-0 and the one against Tulo just now What a f***ing joke. We gotta fight the umps too now
ComeTogether Verified Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Hope they don't get swept, and win game 4.
Atlas Verified Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Martin should be flattered that he's considered that much of a threat that he brought Miller in to face him....not sure what game Francona was watching though. Lol.
BTS Community Moderator Posted October 18, 2016 Author Posted October 18, 2016 Miller just f***ing having himself a monstrous series. He is eating the Jays alive. Cleveland fans will be talking about Miller's 2016 playoffs for decades.

vdubmvp Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 When did Benedict Cumberbatch become an action hero? That man is so unfortunate looking.
Joshtowers Verified Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 We got this. Cleveland ain't seen nothing yet!
canadiansportsjunkie Verified Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 not impressed with these at bats. I am to invested into sports I think this is horrible. Yoga?
KingKat Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 That man is so unfortunate looking. Take it you're not Cumberbitch?
Mr. Wobblebothom Verified Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 If Donaldson's liner is 30' either direction it might be tied right now. They're not playing THAT much better than us. I'm furious that we're about to be down 0-3 while barely being outscored. sample size does matter, though. Building up a whole lot of these "if"s does lead a thinking person to one conclusion, and that is that one team is doing a lot of the right things, a lot. The other team is doing not as well. It's such a slim margin but it is the difference. Right?
el duque Verified Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 The Blue Jays have been trying to hit late into the count lately and the Indians have adjusted and they are pitching strikes early and then breaking balls later, the Jays did not adjust and are on the way to break the psotseason K record
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Cleveland fans will be talking about Miller's 2016 playoffs for decades. You should join them Just kidding I'm depressed
Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Cleveland fans will be talking about Miller's 2016 playoffs for decades. Bumgarner kinda lore.
EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Martin is really having one of the worst postseasons ive seen.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 Cleveland fans will be talking about Miller's 2016 playoffs for decades. Lol @ Britton being likely top 2 in Cy Young voting when Andrew Miller had the season that he had.
BTS Community Moderator Posted October 18, 2016 Author Posted October 18, 2016 That man is so unfortunate looking. I always thought he was a good looking guy...
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 I just hope Sanchez has a solid start tomorrow. It will be a solid resume piece and a positive force moving forward in his career.. Not that 15-2 and an ERA title isn't enough. Playoff success is a different animal though.
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted October 18, 2016 Posted October 18, 2016 This must be a f***ing miserable game to attend. Just watching everything go Cleveland's way unfold right infront of you. Crowds been miserable from the start, the game is not even sold out.
