Travelling to Cleveland thread!

Hey guys, a few of my buddies and I bought tickets on the Indians Presale Monday AM - got tickets to Game 1 and 2.

 

Who's all going down? For those that went to CLE back in August, is there a spot Jays fans planned to meet and make our presence felt?

 

For those that don't have tickets, the presale is still valid. The general sale goes on sale Tuesday at 10 AM.

Is it me or are tix on stubhub cheaper than what's left? I bought a few standing for game 7 but don't see any value in fri or sat games.

Looking at the section cost on the Indians portion of the MLB site, the tickets on stubhub are more expensive

I went when The raptors played the cavs. I will be there Friday morning. If anyone wants to meet Friday I can get anyone roughly 30-40 percent off of StubHub pricing. My friend is a ticket broker and I have access to all the seats on the market . If anyone is interested I will walk you in before you pay just to make sure it's legit! Go jays go!!!!!

Im trying to buy tickets from their site now. They put you in some virtual waiting room where the page refreshes every 45 seconds and you get selected at random

I got randomly selected at 10:05 and then I tried every number of tickets including 1 just to see if any would show up and they didn't. So I refreshed the page and it said "we are experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later"

I kept trying every combination as well, finally got 1 in the field box middle for game 7 but wtf good is one ticket. I guess it will have to be stubhub.

Yeah their site was awful this morning. No luck on any tickets at all. Even tried calling the box office and busy.

StubHub prices are pretty crazy as well, geez. Might not be able to go if tickets are going to cost me a $1000 for just two games.

Yeah I saw that. At the beginning only 4 price levels were available (2 with limited views lol) and if you clicked to open a new window, more price levels came up. Even tried for a single, but same thing popping up. Something is messed up with their system.

Got a pair for Game 2, Sec 152, Row Y. Says view is limited because sitting behind a net, though I'm assuming that is the next behind the plate then.

You could make a killing charging $5-10 / print of stubhub tickets in front of stadiums with a portable printer on a backpack lol. "Print your TICKETS HEEEEERE"

Yeah can't believe it as well. Guess I just got lucky. Trying for Game 1, though hardly any price levels left to choose from.

I think at most stadiums you can just use your phone with stubhub, Rogers center is stupid..
