This isn't new, bro. He did it mid-day yesterday, no?

This is new. I believe after they released his name he talked to the police, but now he's admitting guilt it appears.

I gave Spats my ID to checkout the BBDL. Mofo wants in... we need to let that robot know.

Plus the Jays have said he is banned from the Rogers Centre. Quite honestly I believe if he had stayed in his seat, security would have arrived and he would have simply been ejected.

So this guy turned himself in while the Jays were playing a playoff game against the Rangers?

Confirmed not a real jays fan?

That can could have really hurt the Oriole, but whats worst is that he violated a trust that the players have. When they play on the field they need to know that no one can assault them from the field.

I hope they maximize his penalty.

Lol that is the least they can do. You have to be a pretty f***ed up individual to think that is ever ok to do.

Wait, drinking and driving is so common that one can just assume that another person has done it?

I don't think this should have been getting all the media attention that it has got.

Ken Pagan acted like an idiot and I agree should be charged and fined with what he did, though you shouldn't put his name and face all over social media when the police already knew who it was.

How about all the people who were throwing beers on the field last October during Game 5? Almost hit some people in the 100 level (including a mother with her baby) and even almost hit some players and staff on the field. Why weren't they fined or why wasn't a manhunt conducted on them?

Well if you have a license and drink...most likely yes...I am 6'4 and 240 pounds healthy guy...I drank 3 beers and waited 1 hour...blew a test buddy of mine is a cop down the street I wasn't driving....technically speaking i was impaired.

Whenever I have to drive i have 2-3 drinks at the most...when I was young I had more...

Majority has done this yes

That is my point! Why are we making this guy look like such a goon! Forget it

Logistically how do you ban someone from Rogers Centre? Anyone can buy tickets on StubHub.

Probably people who work security at the gates are all given a list of people with photos/mugshots who are banned from the Rogers Centre at the beginning of the season and its updated throughout depending on how serious the act was. Though still, its easy to wear a hoodie, grow a beard, sunglasses etc. when going through security so I'm sure its real tough to enforce.

Yeah everything you see or read on social media, it's like they want to have the guy tar & feathered. What he did was wrong & potentially dangerous to the players on the field and he should definitely be charged & fined for his actions. Though I think they made a bigger deal of this over social media then they needed, especially when the police already identified who the person was. There was no need to release his photo and name.

It would be very tough to do. Rogers would formally issue him a letter banning him from the property. Thus if he does step onto dome property technically he is trespassing, thus could be charged for it. Now from a practical standpoint it would be very hard to enforce. He could buy some random ticket, enter through a gate, keep a low profile and very likely go unnoticed. It's not lik his mug shot will be hanging at every gate.
