thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Even though I'm cheering for them today, I still absolutely can't stand this.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 The Indians have won. Oops did not see that
jaysguy44 Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 This isn't going to end well
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Yeah great managers always ask their sluggers to lay down bunts in critical game situations, what the f*** was I thinking. Do you even read your own messages before you post them? Do you realize how ridiculous you sound right now? That's your opinion. He is entitled to his. Should Bautista bunt...that's debatable because this isn't Bautista from the past. It's the broken leg, DP machine, low IQ, shattered shoulder, pop up Bautista. Who is about our 6th best hitter at this point. I don't think he should have bunted but based on the odds it wouldn't have been a bad choice.
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Seems like kind of a dick move in a game that means nothing to the Sox. Pomeranz will likely be in the BP in the post-season. An audition if you will. Man, duck snort.
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 True say, but you know the first lineup is impossible, no way they drop Bautista that low. Maybe the 2nd one swapping Edwin and Tulo? They won't drop Edwin out of the #3 hole either lol I could agree to that. On topic, I hate Cecil..
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Do you actually think Bautista would be able to put down en effective bunt? Get real. I think Bautista has great hand eye coordination, so although laying down a bunt is not guaranteed, he has just as good a shot as anybody, regardless if he doesn't do it often.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Liriano warming? I guess getting his side session in? Also Miggy just singled with one out
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Cecil the potential disaster every outing out.
jaysguy44 Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Cecil the potential disaster every outing out. Yup
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Benin doesn't know how to bunt lol
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 The only think more stupid than a Gibbons bunt is a FArrell bunt lmao
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 THAT was a curve? Good God Cecil.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Beyond this year i'd agree. Bautista has been average at best this year and it's a massive situation. What's wrong with being a little innovative? Yeah his 121 wRC+ really screams average hitter, as do his 133 wRC+ projections. Man I really wish our average hitters could hit for a 120 wRC+ in a down year and still project as one of the best in baseball, our offense would be astronomical!
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Well works like the bunt right there
West Texas Forever Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Dustin hits one off the monster here. I can see it already with his knee hack swing.
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Need two big outs from big Joe
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Yeah his 121 wRC+ really screams average hitter, as do his 133 wRC+ projections. TorontonianJD Verified Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Really think Sanchez should've pitched the 8th.
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Dude, just STFU already. Why? Because he is correcting your constant errors? Try thinking before you post.
Slade Old-Timey Member Posted October 2, 2016 Posted October 2, 2016 Come on Biagini in a bottle baby!
