They need to clarify the standard for overturning it. In the NFL it's like 99% sure to overturn. Baseball is all over the map.

And FWIW, the Astros officially cannot pass the Jays. Only a tie, with a 5-2 season tiebreaker in Toronto's favour. Only Baltimore, Detroit, and Seattle are possible leapfrog candidates.
