It's the same play Donaldson has screwed up a 50 times this year at 3B. Happ shouldn't be giving up 110 mph contact in the first place. It was not a routine play

He was just kicking the ball to his teammate Saunders. Just a little miscommunication.

 

It was a nice pass by Saunders was supposed to run a button hook.

 

Big K by Happ to keep it close. The sticks needed to wake up regardless. Someonw kick that bat rack over and awake the lumber from it's slumber!

Travis is bad defensively. Goins should be starting, the difference between them offensively is negligible whereas the defensive contributions by Goins are astronomical in comparison.

I keep going back on PVR to watch those plays by Travis. They both weren't totally routine plays. Whats frustrating is he was there on both of them to make at LEAST one. Jesus.

 

We have to get out bats going anyway. Iwakuma is making us look silly on some of these swings/takes. 5 Ks and counting.

It doesn't need to be routine to be playable. It hit his body.
