EdwinsParrot Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 I keep thinking it cant get any worse but this team is proving me wrong
el duque Verified Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 This team does not deserve their fans anymore, bad coach and players only caring about their HR statistics
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Scioscia thinking about how to close out this game.....Gibbons worried about where he and Demarlo gonna grab a bite after the game.
TheHurl Site Manager Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 I just had to see if this would work. RealAccountant TheHurl 09-18-2016 1 Day 09-19-2016, ~06:00 PM 1 Day, 0 Hours [Lift Ban] [Running an experiment...I'll bring you back at the end of the game. If the Jays don't come back I won't ever ban you again.]
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Its pretty crazy how the offense has completely shut down since the start of September
Olerud363 Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 This team does not deserve their fans anymore, bad coach and players only caring about their HR statistics I don't get this. It has nothing to do with players caring only about their HRs. It's called "phillying" or "yankees 2015ing" People age, players age, dogs age?? Did you have a dog when you were a kid?? If your not still a kid the dog is probably dead. The Blue Jays "Phillied" September 1st 2016. The Phillies at least got 5 years. We got 5 months. We are where Philly reached in Novemember 2011... so far it has taken them 5 years, and they haven't recovered yet.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 is there another manager that micro manages more than Scioscia? none that I can think of
thatoneguy Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 We are basically the Yankees of last year and the Red Sox are us.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Just checked: Jays are 28th in the league for runs scored in September. Yikes.
Olerud363 Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Scioscia thinking about how to close out this game.....Gibbons worried about where he and Demarlo gonna grab a bite after the game. f*** that too... Tulo hits a line drive off the wall, single, strikes out, slow grounder out by a step. Bogartz, line drive off the wall double, grounder to right side advanced a guy, slow grounder safe by a couple steps. The small differences add up It has nothing to do with heart, want, need, or character and everything to do with the sad, sad, facts of aging.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 offense has been hit and miss all year but September has been something entirely different. september has been worse than the start of April and we were all in pain in april.
Omar Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Still pissed that Gibbons started Smoak yesterday so he could get EE off his feet. Two weeks left they will have plenty of time to rest. Two weeks Gibbons!!! At least try.
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 comeback time!!!

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 Pathetic! Jays really blew this series.. and they're running out of time. Lose to the Mariners and our playoff hopes are in trouble. However, the Mariners have been equally as frustrating as the Jays... should be an interesting series.

There is really none to be found right now.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 I hope Seattle sweeps this team.

They're 8-2 over their last ten...
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted September 18, 2016 Posted September 18, 2016 What is this based on? They're 8-2 over their last ten... What I meant was big winning streaks by Seattle has also been offset by large losing skids.. why do you think this Mariners team is barely in contention? This team just lost 2/3 to Houston.. Seattle's odds of the postseason are long shot at best, just like Houston.

havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 The Jays can eat a family sized bag of f***ing dicks.
TheGrandslamMan Verified Member Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 Uh oh 1 run looks like this one is over. Nice call
RealAccountant Old-Timey Member Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 As long as we win just 1 in Seattle we are okay. 1 game up, and going up against Sox in the last series Maybe by then Boston will have clinched and they will have mercy on us.
