TheGrandslamMan Verified Member Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 Definitely a hard game to watch. Gibbons was brutally out-managed by Scioscia. It's gonna be real tough for this team to take that kinda mentality in a huge ballpark against a surging Mariners team.

Governator Community Moderator Posted September 19, 2016 Posted September 19, 2016 As long as we win just 1 in Seattle we are okay. 1 game up, and going up against Sox in the last series Maybe by then Boston will have clinched and they will have mercy on us. That'll only happen if they rest their team and play scrubs. Even then.... we'll be in for a fight.

Scioscia called a great game from the bench and didn't rely on the long ball which unfortunately made for a win for the angels and a frustrating game for the Jays....
