jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 Hello friends. This is a thread to show your appreciation to Todd. He signed up for the board in 2013 and waited a couple years to make his first post. He was mocked, made fun of and people called for his ban. He then posted he would do a top 80 jays prospect list; no one believed him. Mr. Todd not only posted a top 80 but made a top 104. On a huge game this year he came through on the GDT. He's sitting at a 100% win rate on GDT's. Todd might be the most legendary poster since Boobz. Please show your appreciation for Todd in this thread. Todd, we love you!

BTS Community Moderator Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 I still think he should be banned for ranking David Jacobs so low.
King Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 It's good so far. But does he make a new GDT tomorrow? Or do we just keep losing the same thread.

baseballsss Verified Member Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 The man even said Bautista has to hit..So what happens Bautista hits a leadoff bomb. If you dont believe yet you lying to yourself.

Krylian Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 Anthony Alford was 0-for-4 tonight. I think Todd's on to something by keeping him out of the Top 64.
Jonn Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 so at the end of the year I will update the jays top prospects. And it might be higher then 104 prospects or less. depends on what happens between now and monday. And the international free agents they sign up until then. You should rank every single player in the system!

John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 Anthony Alford has only had one good week of baseball this season. People have put to much on this guy. But I also think that the jays farm teams have to many players on them and are not developing enough. Or playing enough games to get better. Putting 30 to 35 players on one team is to much. Valid points, but do you not give him a bit of a break for all of his injuries this year and still possessing an amazing array of baseball skills despite playing baseball far less than other prospects? Remember, he played college football which cut out alot of his development time in baseball.

jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2016 Author Posted July 30, 2016 After giving it a second thought i don''t think the omission of Alford from his prospect list is that egregious. Sure, it strays from popular opinion but it's not like he's saying Mike Trout is bad at baseball. There's a good chance Alford never amounts to anything anyways.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 There's a good chance Alford never amounts to anything anyways. The same could be said for any other prospect in the system.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2016 Author Posted July 30, 2016 The same could be said for any other prospect in the system. It's true and that was kinda my point. Just because you have a very different opinion on 1 guy doesn't mean a huge deal as prospects are just a crapshoot. I was mostly playing devils advocate.

Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 Haha I remain curious as to whether or not he's noticed. I miss that show... I still have to watch season six (and the movie still needs to be made, obviously...)
Pendleton Old-Timey Member Posted July 30, 2016 Posted July 30, 2016 I still have to watch season six (and the movie still needs to be made, obviously...) I hope they follow through with the "six seasons and a movie" idea. Season six was ok, but they need to get the whole original cast back for the movie.
