Brownie19 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Do you move Tulo up now? or just stay the course?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Tulo seems to be breaking out of the discomfort zone he seemed to be in since coming here. That recent trip to Colorado i think helped him shed some of it.
Sorrow Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Ever since Tulo came back from the DL his triple slash, K/BB, BB%, K%, and wRC+ have all been in line with career norms.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Two walks for junior lake. Is the world ending?
banned Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Do you move Tulo up now? or just stay the course? Behind EE imo.
Governator Community Moderator Posted July 3, 2016 Author Posted July 3, 2016 Do you move Tulo up now? or just stay the course? I wouldn't move anything.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Do you move Tulo up now? or just stay the course? Maybe flip flop him with Martin, but that's it.
banned Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Two walks for junior lake. Is the world ending? Not until Pillar walks twice in 1 game...unfortunately he is not playing today.
BigCecil Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Tulo is completely locked in. This is the guy we traded for. That was one of his best swings all year on an inside FB. Just beautiful. This guy is still an impact player and we need him.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 avridge with RISP... Hnnngghhh... Why is that not a thing Spank?
L54 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Barney is like the perfect MIF bench option. Has good AB's, understands situations, plays good defense. Goins' days have to be numbered.
mikebel111 Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 This is the real Tulo! An elite hitter doesn't suddenly forget how to hit though Tulo was scaring me in his long slump. He is still a great player
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Why is that not a thing Spank? Sample size is too small, it's just noise... look at career numbers. His wRC+/ wOBA, when evaluating a player on a given season.
banned Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Why is that not a thing Spank? Probably too complicated for him. Hitting in bigger situations is different then a normal at bat, if you ever played sports you would know this is a thing.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Josh Donaldson is a professional hitter.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 holy we're laying them on... where was this Canada Day????

Look at his plate appearances in High leverage, you f***ing Asshat, what's a foulball?
Governator Community Moderator Posted July 3, 2016 Author Posted July 3, 2016 I want Cleveland to use a positional player on the mound.
banned Verified Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Look at his plate appearances in High leverage, you f***ing Asshat, what's a foulball. That's what hitting with RISP is LMAO. How do you get dressed in the morning?
THANOS Old-Timey Member Posted July 3, 2016 Posted July 3, 2016 Tulo seems to be breaking out of the discomfort zone he seemed to be in since coming here. That recent trip to Colorado i think helped him shed some of it. There's something to this, you're probably right. Tulo is an emotional guy and seems to take things personally. That ovation the Colorado fans gave him probably helped his comfort here more than we know.
